An anthem for the body, Qbik is a monumental installation combining various artistic sources which interact within a scaffolding. Thus the bodies, sounds, lights and video sequences form part of this colossal choreography. The metal structure itself seems to become alive, invested by the performers who fall, jump, dance, run, inside the iron skeleton. The concept makes allows to renew ad infinitum, and according to the context of presentation, the video contents, while always keeping the body as principal subject. The imposing construction lets see the video from far, then to approach and appreciate the whole installation more in details. The structure is conceived in such way that the spectator can live the performance from the interior of the large block.
